Title: Of Learning

Follows: Such a Strange Morning

Pairings: eventually going to be Sephiroth/Aeris/Zack/Cloud/Tifa if they get that far.

Spoilers: Minor spoilers from the FF7 universe

Notes: I haven't played the game much. I started it to try and get better characterizations than what they had in the movie. Please forgive any mistakes I make due to that. Also I am fine with constructive criticism and will try to fix what mistakes I've made. This appears to be a series now, but I had been hopeful that the first one was going to be it.

Characterization Notes: Cloud had gotten most of his real memories back when Aerith and Zack said goodbye to him in the church. He starts telling Tifa stories about his time in ShinRa's cadet force and meeting Zack, the General, and Aerith. He also remembered a bit of the labs and told her he could still hear the screaming of those who'd died in Nibelheim, and wouldn't tell her anything else about that. He also told her that Seph started changing when he got the massive headache on the road into Nibelheim. She got to know the General Sephiroth that Cloud had known, who'd been an excellent military leader that was concerned with the well-being of his soldiers, from cadets to First Class. He didn't show it outwardly, but Cloud knew the man had known the names of all the injured and deceased, and details on the abilities of his units.

Warnings: Umm... If you don't like any hints of people being in polygamous relationships don't read.

Warnings: Will be slow build-up to any actual action. As of right now, they haven't lost any physical abilities, but they've lost a lot in the memory department. Everything is theoretically accessible, but they have to remember it first to use it. Including magics, which will hopefully result in a funny scene later on. I'm hoping to have them off the islands by... chapter 5-6? But it depends on what they give me, and how much they don't want to pass over.

Title: Return of the Transfer

Chapter: ...? It's the middle of the story. Not the beginning, nor an end.

Notes: Kinda a real world AU, but the potential map doesn't look like Earth. No heartless or Nobodies, but everyone else does exist in relatively normal jobs and such.

Pairings: As of now? None.

Warnings: Probably slightly confusing, given as it's the middle of a chain of events.

AN: I have absolutely no idea where to take this. It's intriguing and what I feel that Kid is doing, but the characterizations aren't cooperating. I can't get it any further than this...

The detectives corner Kid or something and the three detectives start grilling him and this comes up:

Kid: What would you do if you were being picked on by someone larger than you?

Heiji: I'd fight back. I'd try and return the favor.

Kid: What if the bully was much larger than you, like ahead of you by several classes?

Conan: ::Eyes narrow:: I'd try and get him in trouble by getting him to focus more on me. That way there'd be less kids hurt and with fewer to focus on he'd attack more.

Kid: ::grins wryly:: Replace the bully with those men in black. What am I doing?

Heiji: ::blurts:: You're making them focus on you to get the police to capture them.

Hakuba: ::mutters:: well that explains a lot.

So.... I'm off to graduate school this coming Fall. Also, managed to fracture my fibula and went a little over a week not knowing it. I could walk on it, and it wasn't overly painful unless I moved wrong. I do have stories to update, but have them on fanfiction.net. Just haven't felt like logging in to here.

These are some of the things that my muses have been giving me out of order. I know generally when they're supposed to take place, but the story isn't there yet. The first bit is the closest to happening, but the other two aren't for a few more chapters yet at least. And one of them is very unlikely to happen but needed to be written down.

Notes: So frickin' AU there is little resemblance between early history in game and in story. Later will have more resemblance, but will still be pretty out there. This is partly because of the new genetic variations in the human race that this story has. The story came out of one picture of someone having wing tattoos and a whole verse was built up around that and the FF7 characters. Also seems to read better in present tense, tried pass tense but it was being difficult.

Warnings: Really strange ideas went into making this verse. I know that some of the events are not canon, but the characters insisted that this is what I was going to be writing.

Warnings 2: Also, Tifa's father hurt Cloud as well, but not all of the bruises are from him, and a couple are because the man didn't know Cloud had hollower bones than the rest of the children, and the guy's hands I see being kinda... big.

I wasn't even going to describe this, but while I was stuck on Ch. 2 he spoke up.

I do not know much about Crisis Core, Before Crisis, or most of the new games for this verse, but I have played the original game and watched Advent Children. The story came out of one picture of someone having wing tattoos and a whole verse was built up around that and the FF7 characters. Also seems to read better in present tense, tried past tense but it was being difficult.

A/N: I wasn't going to post, but the muses slammed me so hard with the ideas that I have part of the fic floating in my head, and the storyline for the comic wrote itself within 30 minutes of reading the prompt and the comic has been done for days. This almost never happens. I get huge storylines from the muses, mostly. Not slam! This is the fic, and this is IT. :insert WIDE smiles: (and comics usually fail me)



It's FLUFFY and CUTE, I'm still not sure how I managed that. I've shown the hard copy to two people, and the first words out of their mouths were "Aaaawww! So cute! Disturbing... but cute^_^!"

Sora would like to add that it doesn't necessarily end with just the hugging if you don't want it to. It can, but it can also be right into smut or Sora could go and get Kairi for a threesome, depending on what you want. And that the tentacles are clingy and Riku hasn't quite gotten the hang of telling them what to do down. ^_^;

(BTW? Drawing and coloring tentacles can be a pain, especially when the colored pencils just CAN'T get small and sharp enough for the details.)

I may have limited access for the next few weeks since my computer has decided to do something that I have never experienced before. Up until last night it has been the best computer I've ever had. Then, all of a sudden the backlight has cut out. The screen itself is doing fine since if I look at it in the right light I can sorta see what's supposed to be there. And the computer is running fine too. The only thing not working is the backlight, which sucks. Hopefully it's something easy to fix, but I had pics, fics, and PROJECTS FOR CLASS on it.

So, over spring break, (and I actually got to go home for Easter this year! First time since I started college, even!) I got to re-play KH and LoZ: Wind Waker. The battles are 3-D rather than turn based like the original FF7 game, and after I came back up, I realized something... Not only do I smash the buttons, while I'm smashing the buttons I mostly pay attention to how the character is doing, with small glances at health and noting where the monsters are. Flips, dodges, rolls, jumps... I'm so amazed at what these kids can do with little training and a whole crap-load of practice.
The pretty movies of them fighting is playing in my head... Also, the graphics in FF7 are awesome for the time, but am now wishing I could see them all fight like KH and stuff, because that? Would be wicked! Graphics for certain scenes would suck ass though... be very pretty, but suck ass. (ex. Zack = dead, considering I don't have PSP and YouTube hates me)

Had to change the year up one due to needing someone out of the house. So for all of the chapters it's AU after Ron turns 7-ish now.

So, I write both Final Fantasy 7 fics and Harry Potter fics, and I usually avoid certain characters in both series. Even if they sometimes hi-jack the story... I either write around the character (for FF7) or I don't write about that year (HP)... I also read both in fanfics of various sorts. Recently, Tifa Lockeheart(sp?)'s father hijacked the viewpoint for one of my stories. Now, normally that wouldn't have me railing at my brain to stop giving me ideas. It'd have me pissed at the minor character that went past his place in the fic, but it would NOT have me yelling for the brain to stop getting whacked out ideas. Then I read a HP fanfic and it mentioned the stupidest Defense Against the Dark Arts professor that Harry had to deal with, Gilderoy Lockhart. Those of you who know me, will probably immediately realize what thought ran through my brain.
That's right, at some point they had to be related, cause stupid but cunning in that manner could not POSSIBLY come from more than one family, especially with how I'm writing the father for the fic that was taken over by him.
