A/N: So... It was supposed to be a fic... Muses crashed and burned, been pestering them... They gave me a pic. I figured I'm late, they're not giving me anything, so I might as well post what I can get from the picky things. Two girls in the bg are the (currently very pickled) wives, I'm assuming that the captain ain't so sober himself, and Levinson likely needs a few more shots to agree. Not that the pic completely agrees with the prompt, but :rolls eyes: stupid muses.

Notes: So frickin' AU there is little resemblance between early history in game and in story. Later will have more resemblance, but will still be pretty out there. This is partly because of the new genetic variations in the human race that this story has. The story came out of one picture of someone having wing tattoos and a whole verse was built up around that and the FF7 characters. Also seems to read better in present tense, tried pass tense but it was being difficult.

Warnings: Really strange ideas went into making this verse. I know that some of the events are not canon, but the characters insisted that this is what I was going to be writing.

The story came out of one picture of someone having wing tattoos and a whole verse was built up around that and the FF7 characters. Also seems to read better in present tense, tried pass tense but it was being difficult.

Warnings: Really strange ideas went into making this verse. I know that some of the events are not canon, but the characters insisted that this is what I was going to be writing. Also, is a shorter chapter than usual. This one is from Mr. Lockeheart's POV, and he's... really not the nicest man at this moment... I wasn't even going to describe this, but while I was stuck on Ch. 2 he spoke up.

I do not know much about Crisis Core, Before Crisis, or most of the new games for this verse, but I have played the original game and watched Advent Children. The story came out of one picture of someone having wing tattoos and a whole verse was built up around that and the FF7 characters. Also seems to read better in present tense, tried past tense but it was being difficult.

A/N: I wasn't going to post, but the muses slammed me so hard with the ideas that I have part of the fic floating in my head, and the storyline for the comic wrote itself within 30 minutes of reading the prompt and the comic has been done for days. This almost never happens. I get huge storylines from the muses, mostly. Not slam! This is the fic, and this is IT. :insert WIDE smiles: (and comics usually fail me)



It's FLUFFY and CUTE, I'm still not sure how I managed that. I've shown the hard copy to two people, and the first words out of their mouths were "Aaaawww! So cute! Disturbing... but cute^_^!"

Sora would like to add that it doesn't necessarily end with just the hugging if you don't want it to. It can, but it can also be right into smut or Sora could go and get Kairi for a threesome, depending on what you want. And that the tentacles are clingy and Riku hasn't quite gotten the hang of telling them what to do down. ^_^;

(BTW? Drawing and coloring tentacles can be a pain, especially when the colored pencils just CAN'T get small and sharp enough for the details.)

I may have limited access for the next few weeks since my computer has decided to do something that I have never experienced before. Up until last night it has been the best computer I've ever had. Then, all of a sudden the backlight has cut out. The screen itself is doing fine since if I look at it in the right light I can sorta see what's supposed to be there. And the computer is running fine too. The only thing not working is the backlight, which sucks. Hopefully it's something easy to fix, but I had pics, fics, and PROJECTS FOR CLASS on it.

So, over spring break, (and I actually got to go home for Easter this year! First time since I started college, even!) I got to re-play KH and LoZ: Wind Waker. The battles are 3-D rather than turn based like the original FF7 game, and after I came back up, I realized something... Not only do I smash the buttons, while I'm smashing the buttons I mostly pay attention to how the character is doing, with small glances at health and noting where the monsters are. Flips, dodges, rolls, jumps... I'm so amazed at what these kids can do with little training and a whole crap-load of practice.
The pretty movies of them fighting is playing in my head... Also, the graphics in FF7 are awesome for the time, but am now wishing I could see them all fight like KH and stuff, because that? Would be wicked! Graphics for certain scenes would suck ass though... be very pretty, but suck ass. (ex. Zack = dead, considering I don't have PSP and YouTube hates me)

Had to change the year up one due to needing someone out of the house. So for all of the chapters it's AU after Ron turns 7-ish now.

So, I write both Final Fantasy 7 fics and Harry Potter fics, and I usually avoid certain characters in both series. Even if they sometimes hi-jack the story... I either write around the character (for FF7) or I don't write about that year (HP)... I also read both in fanfics of various sorts. Recently, Tifa Lockeheart(sp?)'s father hijacked the viewpoint for one of my stories. Now, normally that wouldn't have me railing at my brain to stop giving me ideas. It'd have me pissed at the minor character that went past his place in the fic, but it would NOT have me yelling for the brain to stop getting whacked out ideas. Then I read a HP fanfic and it mentioned the stupidest Defense Against the Dark Arts professor that Harry had to deal with, Gilderoy Lockhart. Those of you who know me, will probably immediately realize what thought ran through my brain.
That's right, at some point they had to be related, cause stupid but cunning in that manner could not POSSIBLY come from more than one family, especially with how I'm writing the father for the fic that was taken over by him.

Notes: I have four Sora personalities in my head, canon Sora, FMUD Sora, Sora from digimon, and then there's this one. Who I've decided to call the pissy and fed-up Sora. I know he's OOC, I've told him he's OOC... He doesn't care. Most of my other muses just avoid him like the plague, and he doesn't want many stories, so he won't be showing up much. Thank the gods. Also, Seastorm, Starsong, and Thunderdrum are my fanon last names for the Destiny Island's Trio when I feel they need them.

Warnings: Scattered cursing.

 

:blink: ...I think he may have gotten some of my Pennatas Cloud ideals... Oh, dear...

So I was looking on the net and found this short story about Vernon Dursley being a Star Wars fanatic and that Petunia never told him about wizards because they didn't go to the wedding. Being a decent fan of both verses I got these images of what Harry would be like if instead of being punished for his abilities, he was praised. Which meant his abilities to use wandless magic would soar, along with the possibility of Dudley being encouraged to try at least a bit too. Dudders would not have half the skill Harry had, but he might be able to predict stuff, or levitate very small objects with years of work.

Couple of Snippets I immediately thought of:
Harry: ::Doing hand wave thing:: I am not the child you are looking for.
Draco/Filch/Fudge/Weak Minded Person...: ::drone type voice:: You are not the child I am looking for.
Harry: ::repeats motion:: I can go about my business.
Person: You can go about your business.
Harry: ::repeats motion:: Have a good day.
Person: Have a good day.

Charms class, learning wingardium leviosa:
Harry: Wingardium Leviosa! ::feather goes boom, Harry scowls and gestures at Hermione's feather. Feather flies up and a light shines in Harry's eye:: Too much power, duh! Stick helps focus, smaller focus, smaller energy input, finer tuned!
Hermione: ::Starry eyed, hands clasped:: How'd you do that? Can you teach me?

Hermione and Harry have long involved talks about Star Wars and the Force and eventually get at least Ron, Dean, Seamus, and Neville into it too. Seamus cause he's half muggle so knows the references too. Dean and Neville share dorm space with the other three, so eventually give in as well.
Eventually Harry finds or makes substitute components to make a working Lightsaber, continues his study of the Force, and uses 'magic' as a buffer. He senses the differences between Quirrel and Sirius and immediately knows the latter is innocent, and also senses something wrong with fake-Moody. Among other things.

I'm back up at college, and have updated my deviantart site. Will have fics hopefully soon, but some may be out of order in the timelines, just to have them down so I don't forget about them. Might do a placeholder post with lists of links and timelines if I do do the out of order thing.
Break was interesting: Mom's uncle passed away, got a double ear infection, got money and chocolate, forgot to phone people, got a college ring, paid bills... so on and so forth. Double ear infection was painful but once the pain stopped I got some of the best sleep ever... because I couldn't hear the things that would usually wake me up! :grins:

Edit: After Easter - Have gained more candy, original batch was down to small bag, now have cookies, jelly beans, easter candy corn (haven't figured that one out yet), Reeses, and more Kisses (plain this time)... Along with the leftovers of the X-mas stash. Being pseudo-Roman Catholic (as in only going to church with family after having spent years getting all the ceremonies that kids get) is totally awesome! Even if I have to fake believing certain holiday characters are real (9 year old brother is still all about Santa and the Easter Bunny... don't ask, I haven't).

So in a couple of days I'm going back home and will have limited internet connection for the next month or so. My plans of graduating and finding a job have been delayed by a semester due to one stupid class. So I'll be back for the spring with the same connection, and I'll be working on getting better grades in various classes. Joy.
The reason for the limited connection over the winter is because, while the family has RoadRunner and decent speed and cheap internet service... One of my brothers is nearly constantly on playing WoW. And there is no way to have two or more on at once. Then there are days when dad works at home and takes over the connection for however long he's working. So comments and updates are going to be limited after 12/14ish until 01/21ish.
I'll be walking this Saturday, and have the option of being part of the ceremony in the spring too, if I really want to. I might attend that one to go with a couple of friends who are graduating then, but the family is coming up for this one. Then I'll work on finding a job and studying over winter and into spring...
You know, I feel sorry for those from the southern hemisphere that come up here to take classes. They get TWO winters, one up here and one down home when they go home for our summer break.
